I’ve tried everything under the sun, I’ve searched here on Yahoo, I’ve searched else where on the internet. I’ve gone to control panel, system, adavanced tab, Performance, settings, and checked use drop shadows for desktop icons or whatever it says a several times, any other solutions? Thanks!

Try to do a system restore, that worked for me. I seem to have forgotten how to fix it the other way. I know there was some way. Good Luck! It’s sad I had to answer my own question and then use my mother’s acount in order to get an answer for my question, atleast I know my mother will get an easy best answer!
